Cleanroom Injection Molding

In order to fabricate medical devices and disposables without fear of contamination during the injection molding process, Pacific Plastics & Engineering offers the latest technology in our 2,000 square foot Class 10,000 cleanroom assembly. Our internal cleanroom is large enough for eight all-electric injection molding machines with microprocessor closed loop controls and assembly.

PPE also has enclosed three injection molding machines with softwall Class 100,000 cleanrooms. We also utilize three additional movable portable cleanrooms that can be placed over any other injection molding machine for Class 100,000 capabilities. Plus, assembly cells can be established in order to provide services within those controlled environments. Our U.S. and Asia facilities feature Class 100,000 cleanrooms that adhere to our Quality standards.

Production and Processes

In order to guarantee consistency, process control is crucial to injection molding. Our highly competent molding professionals are trained in the processes of scientific molding. This process ensures that we constantly monitor flow rate, melt temperature, pressure, and cooling. To ensure every medical device is made exactly alike from the first to the last, only specific materials that have been produced under particularly clean conditions are allowed in our cleanroom facilities.
